The IT person can check the DHCP server to ensure that there is an available IP addresses for the phone to lease. If the phone still does not get an IP address you will most likely need to get your IT person involved. If you have checked all of the above and the phone still does not obtain an IP address, try moving the phone to another location and swap it out with a working phone to see if it works there and gets an IP address.Į.
